Testimonials
“I am extremely satisfied with my coaching experience. Lucy was sensitive and compassionate, and built an environment of trust that allowed me to freely share my thoughts. It was a safe and supportive space for self-reflection, which helped me gain greater self-awareness and equipped me with practical strategies for personal and professional growth. It was a truly valuable and insightful journey.”

“The sessions gave space for me to consider my thinking which was the plan and was very much needed and valued.
I just liked Lucy, I found her very relaxed, very easy to talk to and flexible in her approach. I liked that she shared something about her. That she works, has other interests and has a family to manage. I liked having some shared common ground. Connection is key and I could connect with her as a person and a coach.
I was ill at some point and so was she and this was handled with thought. Compassion, flexibility and ease. Thumbs up!

“It’s been superb. Your ability to show empathy, understanding and offer practical support have been invaluable to me. It’s lead me to make clearer decisions and improve my longer-term planning – two massive issues before we started working together.
It was an excellent example of the massive benefits you can gain from coaching and I can’t thank you enough.”
Matt, Recruitment Business Owner

“The sessions were conducted extremely professionally, but also with a warm, welcoming and friendly tone.
I have felt relaxed to talk openly with Lucy whilst also being challenged with questions that have really helped me to reflect and increase my self awareness. Questions such as; what benefits will this bring? and what impact will this have? served to help me build motivation and see the bigger picture.
A strength for the sessions was Lucy's ability to hold the silence and given me time to think and reflect without feeling pushed to give an answer. This was very important for me. “
Jonathan, Team Leader Higher Education
✶
“ Lucy was good at creating a space for me to talk and talk through my own issues and questions, so that she became a sounding board to help me progress. Not only that but she also offered her perspectives freely but with total respect, impartiality and openness that meant there was no bias or "I think you should do" feeling. I felt supported in my own decision making, without a feeling that Lucy did or did not agree with them - it was a totally safe space. “
